Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before entering any competition operated by Rodgers Raffles. By entering a competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rodgers Raffles website and your participation in any prize competition operated by Rodgers Raffles.

By entering any competition, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

To enter any competition you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
  • Enter in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Provide accurate contact details.

Employees, family members and anyone directly involved in operating Rodgers Raffles may not enter competitions.

Rodgers Raffles reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or address before awarding any prize.


  1. How To Enter

There are two methods of entry.

Paid Entry

Participants may purchase one or more competition entries through the Rodgers Raffles website.

Each purchased entry receives one unique ticket number unless otherwise stated on the competition page.

Entry fees vary between competitions and are displayed clearly before purchase.

Free Postal Entry

A free postal entry route is available for every competition.

To enter by post you must send:

  • Full name
  • Postal address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Name of the competition you wish to enter

Each postal entry must:

  • Be posted separately.
  • Include sufficient postage.
  • Be received before the published closing date.
  • Be legible.

Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be entered.

Postal entries receive exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries.


  1. Competition Closing

Each competition has its own published closing date and time.

Rodgers Raffles reserves the right to:

  • Extend competitions.
  • Close competitions early if all tickets sell.
  • Amend draw dates where necessary.

Any changes will be published on the relevant competition page.


  1. Winner Selection

Winning ticket numbers are selected using the Rodgers Raffles competition system.

Where advertised, draws may also be conducted live.

All valid entries, including free postal entries, have an equal opportunity of winning.

The winner will be contacted using the details supplied during entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Rodgers Raffles reserves the right to select another winner.


  1. Prizes

Prize descriptions are shown on each competition page.

Cash prizes will normally be paid via UK bank transfer.

Physical prizes will be delivered to a UK address free of charge unless otherwise stated.

If circumstances beyond our control make a prize unavailable, Rodgers Raffles reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.


  1. Payment

All online payments are processed securely using third-party payment providers.

Rodgers Raffles does not store customers’ payment card details.

Entries are only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised.


  1. Refunds

Competition entries are non-refundable except where:

  • A competition is cancelled.
  • Rodgers Raffles is unable to fulfil the competition.
  • A refund is required by law.

Refund requests due to a change of mind will not normally be accepted.


  1. Fraud & Fair Play
    Rodgers Raffles reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel entries where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Examples include:

  • Stolen payment cards.
  • False identities.
  • Attempts to manipulate competitions.
  • Multiple accounts created to gain an unfair advantage.

Any fraudulent activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.


  1. Limitation of Liability

Rodgers Raffles accepts no responsibility for:

  • Website interruptions.
  • Internet failures.
  • Payment provider outages.
  • Postal delays.
  • Technical issues outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.


  1. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information collected is used for:

  • Processing entries.
  • Contacting winners.
  • Customer support.
  • Meeting legal obligations.
