If Rodgers Raffles cancels a competition for any reason, entrants will be offered one of the following:

  • An alternative option where permitted and agreed by the entrant.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us immediately.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

If a technical issue results in an incorrect payment or prevents your competition entry from being processed correctly, Rodgers Raffles will investigate the matter promptly.

Where appropriate, we may:

  • Confirm your competition entry.
  • Issue a full refund.
  • Provide another suitable resolution.
  1. Fraudulent Transactions

Rodgers Raffles reserves the right to cancel entries and refuse refunds where fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or unauthorised payment methods are suspected.

Such matters may be referred to the relevant payment provider or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

 

  1. Change of Mind

Competition entries cannot be refunded simply because:

  • You have changed your mind.
  • You no longer wish to participate.
  • You did not win the competition.
  • You entered the wrong competition after payment was completed.

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
