Rodgers Raffles provides a free postal entry route for every competition operated on this website.

All valid postal entries are entered into the same competition as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.

Please read these instructions carefully before submitting your postal entry.

 

  1. Eligibility

To enter by post you must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over.
  • Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
  • Comply with the Rodgers Raffles Terms & Conditions.
  • Submit your entry before the advertised competition closing date.
  1. How to Enter by Post

To enter a competition free of charge, send the following details on a postcard or letter:

  • Full Name
  • Full Postal Address
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • The name of the competition you wish to enter

  1. Postal Entry Requirements

Each postal entry must:

  • Be handwritten in English.
  • Be submitted in an individual envelope.
  • Include sufficient postage.
  • Be clearly legible.
  • Arrive before the published competition closing date and time.

Rodgers Raffles cannot accept responsibility for postal entries that are delayed, lost, damaged or delivered after the competition has closed.

 

  1. Competition Entry Allocation

Each valid postal entry will receive the same number of competition entries as the equivalent online entry for that competition, as described on the relevant competition page.

Competition entries allocated through the free postal entry route are entered into the same draw as paid entries and have an equal chance of winning.

Competition entry numbers are allocated randomly by Rodgers Raffles before the competition closes and cannot be selected by postal entrants.

 

  1. Competition Closing Dates

Postal entries must arrive before the competition closing date and time displayed on the relevant competition page.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the competition.

Rodgers Raffles recommends allowing sufficient time for postal delivery.

 

  1. Invalid & Rejected Entries

Rodgers Raffles reserves the right to reject any postal entry that:

  • Is incomplete or illegible.
  • Is received after the competition closing date.
  • Does not contain the required entrant information.
  • Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Appears to have been submitted fraudulently or in breach of the competition rules.

Rejected entries will not be entered into the competition.

 

  1. Winner Selection

Postal entries participate in exactly the same draw as paid entries.

All valid entries have an equal opportunity to win.

Winners will be selected using the Rodgers Raffles competition system in accordance with the relevant competition rules.

Where applicable, competition draws may also be conducted live.

 

  1. Privacy

Any personal information supplied as part of a postal entry will be processed in accordance with the Rodgers Raffles Privacy Policy.

Information is collected solely for the administration of competitions, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and complying with legal obligations.

Rodgers Raffles does not sell personal information to third parties.
